We ship throughout the United States using USPS as our shipping carrier. Shipping methods available to you are chosen based on packages arriving within 2 days from origin to your location.

We ship orders nationwide ONLY MONDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY. This avoids possible weekend overlays. We do not ship nationwide on Thursdays, Fridays, weekends, or holidays. Orders placed after 1:00 PM EST on the Requested Shipment Day will be shipped the following shipping day (Monday – Wednesday). We do not ship for Saturday deliveries. Once a tracking number has been generated, we are unable to cancel your order. We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses and/or shipping carrier delays.

We are not responsible for packages once they leave our facility.

Shipments that are returned or require rerouting due to incorrect addresses will be subject to additional charges for reshipment and/or relabeling.

Shipping charges will not be refunded for late deliveries in the event the business is closed or if the recipient is not available to receive the package when delivered.

Estimated delivery timelines do not take unexpected weather delays into consideration, which may affect shipping and arrival dates.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

To guarantee the freshness of our macarons upon arrival, certain zip codes require 2nd Day Air® or Next Day Air® shipping where ground shipping is not available.

Our macarons are shipped in specially designed packaging to ensure quality and freshness. However, due to their fragility, some cracking or breakage may occur during transport. Refrigerated macarons will stay fresh for up to 4 weeks in the freezer.

The products during transit and may be thawed by the time you receive your package. It’s important to note that thawed ice packs are okay and do not indicate a lack of freshness!

As our products are perishable, Isaac Jones Macarons does not accept returns.

Please note that orders cannot be canceled within two business days of the scheduled shipping date. If you need to request an order cancellation or modification, please contact us at (617) 935-3150. While we will do our best to accommodate your needs, please be aware that due to time constraints, we may not be able to fulfill such requests.
