WHAT IS A MACARON?

A French macaron is a delicate, meringue-based sandwich cookie made with almond flour, confectioners’ sugar, granulated sugar and egg whites. Our macarons are filled with buttercream, chocolate ganache, real fruit, or cream cheese frosting—crafted for flavor and elegance in every bite.

ALLERGY INFORMATION

All of our macarons contain: Almonds, eggs, and dairy. Please contact us directly if you have any allergy concerns.

Macaron Shells: Almond flour, confectioners’ sugar, granulated sugar, egg whites, and food coloring. Our macaron shells are gluten-free! Fillings vary by flavor and may include buttercream, ganache, fruit purée, or cream cheese.

Shipping & Order Info

WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

We ship nationwide across the United States using USPS. Shipping methods are selected based on your location to ensure delivery within 2 days.

WHEN DO YOU SHIP?

To protect freshness, we ship orders only Monday through Wednesday. No shipping on Thursdays, Fridays, weekends, or holidays. Orders placed after 1:00 PM EST will be shipped the next eligible shipping day.

WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING LIMITATIONS?

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
  • We do not guarantee Saturday deliveries.
  • We are not responsible for:
  • Carrier delays
  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Packages once they leave our facility

If a shipment is returned or needs rerouting due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for additional shipping and relabeling fees.

HOW ARE THE MACARONS PACKAGED?

Your macarons are shipped in custom-designed protective packaging to ensure quality and freshness. Due to their delicate nature, some cracking or breakage may occur during transit. Macarons may arrive thawed—this is completely normal! Thawed ice packs do not affect freshness. For optimal quality, store your macarons in the fridge or freezer. They’ll stay fresh for up to 4 weeks in the freezer.

Order Changes & Returns

CAN I CANCEL OR RETURN MY ORDER?

Because our products are perishable, returns are not accepted.

If you need to cancel or modify an order, please contact us at isaacjonesmacarons@gmail.com at least two business days before your scheduled ship date.

We will do our best to accommodate your request, but changes cannot be guaranteed if requested on short notice.
